Accountabilities
- Adhere to Zahrawi Policies & Procedures as applicable.
Market Knowledge
- Conduct market research to identify potential new customers.
- Analyse market trends to assess new products, including their advantages and disadvantages.
- Assist in the planning and execution of new product launches and events.
- Maintain technical knowledge by attending workshops, reviewing industry publications, networking, benchmarking best practices and engaging in professional societies to stay current with best practices.
Business Development
- Establish contact with potential customers to introduce our products, assess their needs, and explain how we can assist them.
- Offer support, information, and guidance to prospective customers through product demonstrations and collecting their feedback.
- Follow up with new customers post-demo to negotiate contracts and packages.
- Ensure all contract details are in full compliance with our rules and regulations.
- Conduct regular visits to customers to ensure quality service and report sales leads to the team.
Application
- Diagnose and resolve issues with instruments, providing technical support as needed.
- Introduce and demonstrate new products to end-users.
- Technical Data – Matching and Filling the Project Specification sheets and Requirements.
- Prepare consumable lists based on customer needs to support reagent and consumable sales.
- Attend customer inquiries regarding supplies and communicate with the sales team.
- Coordinate and manage conferences and events.
- Conduct workshops and provide application training sessions.
- Oversee the product validation process for all items in the assigned units.
Commercial Support
- Support the sales team for handling projects in terms of Specifications and Technical comparison discussion with the end users.
- Coordinate with the sales team to know more about competition and provide argumentation in a scientific way.
- Support the sales team during technical discussions.
- Prepare and issue training certificates for customer training participants.
Service Team Coordination
- Coordinate with service engineers for installation, preventive maintenance (PM), and issue resolution and plan trainings accordingly.
Reports
- Periodic reporting to the Line Manager.
Communication with Principal Companies
- Communicate with principals on technical information.
- Coordinate with principals for any customer queries that cannot be resolved internally.
- Stay updated on the latest training schedules and materials.
- Participate in all relevant webinars organized by the principals.
- Ensure the internal distribution of new technical information received from the principal company, particularly regarding software updates, instrument incompatibilities, or other relevant changes.
Skills
Minimum Qualifications:-
- Bachelor’s degree –relevant to Cardiovascular Technology (CVT) or Nursing background
- 2 years of experience as an Electrophysiology Technician (EP/CRM).
- Knowledge of different cardiac terminologies to communicate effectively with patients and medical staff.
