Job description

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with the proper use of CRRT products to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Provide technical and clinical training, education, and ongoing support to certify nephrologists, intensivists, and CRRT staff on the use and application of Acute Products, including CRRT technology
  • Provide on-site and/or remote clinical application support to customers by delivering scientific and technical information in response to both on-label and off-label inquiries regarding the use of Fresenius medical devices
  • Provide clear and accurate documentation of each site visit to the Manager via a standardized reporting mechanism within 24 hours of completing the visit
  • Identify and report all adverse events and device deficiencies to Medical Safety per company protocol
  • Address reports requiring root cause analysis and respond to requests for feedback or input from physicians, as requested by Safety
  • Provide ongoing feedback to Research & Development through approved communication channels regarding the clinical performance of products
  • Respond to unsolicited requests for information related to CRRT devices, following Standard Operating Procedures and Ethics and Compliance Guidelines
  • Assist with tradeshow demonstrations as deemed appropriate by Management and in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures
  • Achieve allocated annual sales targets

Your Profile:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of CRRT
  • Knowledge and expertise in CRRT and related clinical practices
  • Basic medical knowledge and understanding of critical care environments
  • Medical or Nursing degree preferred
  • Proficient in both Arabic and English (written and spoken)
  • Basic computer skills
  • Flexible and willing to travel as required
