About the Role
The Application Specialist plays a critical role in supporting our customers by delivering expert-level training, troubleshooting, and ongoing clinical support for Beckman Coulter's diagnostic instruments and test menu. As the frontline partner for laboratories across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, you'll ensure our end-users maximize the performance of their systems and receive the best-in-class service Beckman Coulter is known for.
Key Responsibilities
Technical & Clinical Support

  1. Provide field-based support across assigned territory for Beckman Coulter's diagnostic platforms and reagents.
  2. Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to parameters, calibration, and quality control.
  3. Deliver high-quality training to both end-users and internal field teams.
  4. Support channel partner representatives and customers with clinical expertise and best practices.

Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with laboratory stakeholders and decision-makers.
  2. Drive test menu expansion and promote Beckman Coulter's full product portfolio.
  3. Lead onsite training during new installations and ensure consistent clinical follow-up for installed base.
  4. Collaborate closely with Service and Sales teams to deliver integrated customer solutions.

Project Implementation & Quality Initiatives
  1. Support clinical aspects of implementation projects.
  2. Assist with External Quality Control Programs (e.g., RIQAS) and support customers in quality assurance initiatives.
  3. Occasionally provide remote technical support via phone/email.

What You Bring
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Medical Laboratory, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 2 years experience in the diagnostics or clinical laboratory industry.
  3. Strong technical acumen with hands-on experience in troubleshooting laboratory equipment.
  4. Fluent in Arabic and English.
  5. Customer-centric mindset with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including end-users, distributors, and procurement officers.
  6. Flexibility to travel extensively and operate independently in the field.
  7. Deep knowledge of the Saudi healthcare and diagnostics market is highly preferred.
