The Client Partner will be based in Riyadh office and will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our existing clients in Saudi Arabia by delivering exceptional service and providing strategic media guidance, as well as prospecting, pitching, and onboarding new clients to grow the book of business.

The position serves as the primary point of contact for advertising on the Spotify platform for our clients and is responsible for understanding their needs while providing tailored solutions that meet their objectives. This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills and a deep understanding of the client's business and industry as well as the media ecosystem in Saudi Arabia.

What you will be doing:

  • Represent Multiproduct in market by pitching its products and business offerings to media agencies and clients.
  • Actively sell and educate agencies and clients about product advertising opportunities.
  • Proactively identify in-market opportunities for potential pitches.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive solutions to address the product's business opportunities.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the digital landscape and encourage offline clients to switch to online.
  • Monitor sales performance and pipeline on a daily basis.
  • Achieve personal sales/revenue targets as defined by the company.
  • Respond efficiently with relevant proposals to agency media briefs.
  • Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline management on CRM.
  • Work closely with the Operations Team to provide a smooth process in campaign setup to complete delivery.
  • Follow up on proposals sent and negotiate where needed to close the sales deal.
  • Proactively create strategic recommendations and implement various media solutions for each client.
  • Establish a solid relationship with the Agency and expand the direct client database.
  • Demonstrate a good balance in attracting new clients while retaining existing clients.

Who you are:

  • 3-4 years of experience within digital ad sales/online media or sales in the advertising industry.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in business, marketing, or similar.
  • Saudi National is required for this position.
  • Persuasive and assertive, knows how to influence and educate clients.
  • Able to build a good network in the KSA market.
  • Communicate and articulate digital technology in wider general terms for public consumption.
  • Someone eager to develop and grow professionally.
  • Must have their own car.
