Client Lead

Freedom is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Lead to join our Riyadh office.

In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring the successful delivery of creative projects, and driving business growth.

You will work closely with internal teams, including strategy, creative, and production, to develop and execute impactful marketing campaigns that align with client objectives.

This role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for creative problem-solving. You will manage multiple clients across various industries, ensuring the highest level of service and satisfaction.

Core Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
• Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to clients, leveraging industry insights and best practices.

Business Development & Growth

• Identify new opportunities to expand existing client relationships and grow accounts.
• Support new business pitches and proposals in the Kingdom, contributing strategic insights and creative recommendations.
• Occasionally attend conferences and networking opportunities with the Freedom team, representing Freedom in the Kingdom.

Strategic & Creative Collaboration:

• Work closely with the strategy and creative teams to develop impactful, insight-driven campaigns.
• Support in the development of campaign briefs, ensuring alignment with client objectives and business goals.
• Provide creative input and feedback to ensure work is compelling, effective, and aligned with brand positioning.

Production Support & Event Coverage:

• Support the production team during campaign shoots to ensure client representation and smooth operations on set. This includes liaising with clients for feedback and approvals, coordinating schedules, and providing general assistance as needed.
• Attend brand events to capture live coverage on Instagram stories and behind-the-scenes content for social media use.

General Responsibilities -

• Ensure seamless internal and external communication to maintain high client satisfaction.
• Assist in ad-hoc tasks and initiatives as assigned by leadership.
• Stay up to date with business network seeking new business opportunities as well as industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years in account management, client services, or a related role in a creative agency, consultancy, or marketing environment.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Project Management: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with branding, digital marketing, and creative campaign development.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions to client challenges.

Requirements

• Saudi National
• Strong understanding of the Saudi market, and first hand knowledge of the culture, and consumer behavior
• Must be based in KSA
