Job Objective
The purpose of this position is supporting clients by providing helpful information,
answering questions, and responding to complaintsand assist in achieving Sahm
objectives, mission, and vision in line with client care systems objectives with CMA
regulation criteria
Duties And Responsibilities
- Receiving and answering customers' telephone or written calls in accordance with the company's standards.
- Immediately respond to all client’s inquiries.
- Provide all the necessary information required for the client.
- Maintain records of communication with customers and all their various transactions, comments, and complaints until the desire to refer to them again.
- Ability to communicate independently with the technical team to solve problems and follow up with clients.
- Generating regular reports on service quality and customer satisfaction.
Skills
- Good levels in Arabic and English.
- Patient and calm and have the ability to patiently solve complex problems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree holder in Business, Finance, or related disciplines
- CME-1 qualification is a must
Work Experience
- At least one year of experience in client care.
- Previous experience in the field of stock markets, whether through study or previous work.
- Full knowledge of the stock market with actual experience of trading in the stock market.
- Full knowledge of client care systems and dealing with them.
