Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a book of business for existing accounts.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Resolving complex customer issues and identifying improvements to prevent re-occurrence.
  2. Educating clients on plan design and renewal options.
  3. Completing day-to-day account management tasks independently, with forward planning and anticipation of needs.
  4. Resolving escalated non-routine issues from partners and clients.
  5. Managing a portfolio of clients in the GCC, engaging regularly with brokers and clients.
  6. Providing service and support with a focus on business excellence.
  7. Conducting strategic meetings on retention, success, and challenges.
  8. Building and maintaining relationships, proactively managing renewals, and negotiating terms to optimize profitability.
  9. Understanding GCC compliance requirements and proactively managing risks.
  10. Leading face-to-face quarterly meetings with brokers and their management.
  11. Handling day-to-day inquiries, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and seeking growth opportunities.
  12. Maintaining accurate database records, including Salesforce with at least 98% accuracy.
  13. Managing the entire renewal process and achieving financial targets.
Candidate Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Strong influencing and negotiating abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
  • Experience in data collation and statistical analysis.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ownership mindset.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word; familiarity with Microsoft Outlook.
  • Flexible, strategic, and customer-focused.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements, processes, procedures, and systems.
  • Good business and product knowledge, coaching, organizational, and supervisory skills.
  • Basic leadership, management, and time management skills.
