Responsible for ensuring that the project produces the required deliverables within the specified tolerances of time, cost, quality, scope, risk, and benefits. The Project Executive is also responsible for following the defined project management processes to execute project delivery on time, with established quality standards, resource planning, and within budget, while ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Collaborate with Regional Project Management, Sales (Account Manager), Business Development Manager, Solutions Business Consultant, and System Engineers to provide project implementation services for products, solutions, and/or services as required.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, deployment sheets, processes, and reports, and produce management information regarding progress, quality assurance, resources, and risks.
- Manage the project document repository, ensuring documents are approved, controlled, and archived properly.
- Monitor project phases and coordinate between project management resources (internal, external/partners, customer), such as System Engineers, Service Engineers, and Sales Coordinators.
- Keep Sales and internal/client stakeholders informed about project deliverables, milestones, and issues.
- Facilitate the handover of customer projects to the Operations department, gather customer feedback, and use this to improve Canon's project management processes continually.
- Apply knowledge and lessons learned to enhance project governance frameworks and procedures, providing feedback for process improvements.
What We Ask- Certification in Associate Project Manager (APM), PMP, or Prince2 is desirable.
- Knowledge of the ITIL Framework.
- Certification in Six Sigma (Green Belt) is desirable.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of project management experience and knowledge of the project cycle.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic is essential.
