As an Account Manager, you play a vital role in Canon's innovative business sales team. You will be responsible for the care, retention, and revenue growth of government Business-to-Business (B2B) clients in Saudi Arabia by expanding sales of Canon's core products and exploring Office Imaging & Solutions opportunities.

  • Manage the care, retention, and revenue growth of existing and new government clients.
  • Manage projects within client relationships, aligning client goals with company objectives.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, engaging with key business executives and stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to expand business with existing clients.
  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers.
  • Forecast and track client account metrics; maintain records of transactions.
  • Coordinate between customers and internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
  • Assist customers via email, phone, online presentations, screen-sharing, and in-person meetings.
  • Ensure solutions are delivered timely and meet customer needs and objectives.
  • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and deliver exceptional service daily.
  • Utilize consultative sales skills to understand client needs, explain product benefits, overcome objections, and close sales.
  • Drive customer engagement through meetings, opportunity development, and other sales activities.
  • Analyze market and industry trends to identify new business opportunities and maintain current market knowledge.
  • Maintain an active pipeline report using Salesforce.com (SFDC), logging all activities.
  • Build trust and influence with customers using product knowledge.
  • Quote prices, prepare proposals, and close deals.
  • Meet daily and weekly sales goals, staying ahead of metrics in a team environment.
What We Ask
  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Preferred experience in B2B Account Management.
  • Proven skills in account and relationship management.
  • Excellent sales, business development, and negotiation skills.
  • Social media proficiency (LinkedIn, networking, etc.).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Technologically savvy with an openness to tech products.
  • Technical expertise is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical thinking.
  • Experience with MS Office and advanced Salesforce.com usage.
  • Adaptability, customer focus, and decision-making with integrity and empathy.
  • Consultative sales skills to explain product features, overcome objections, and close sales.
  • Ability to translate client needs into sales opportunities.
  • Excellent listening skills, assertiveness, persistence, and results orientation.
  • Valid KSA driving license and access to a car.
