Job Description:
Job Purpose: Ensure the Quality work as per Customer provided standards.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Have a good experience to lead teams and managing sources under the leadership.
2. Updating all the trackers related to the projects on daily bases and feedback to management on time.
3. Taking care for field team expenses and approving after verifications.
4. Costumer interference if needed.
5. Taking care for DG and Power cubes installation.
6. Analyze the anomaly as found or reported by the customer.
7. Technical root cause analysis of active/passive power products against every operator generated trouble tickets.
8. Coordinate with the customer and internal experts for the preliminary assessment.
9. Managed EHS compliance for field workers.
10. Perform investigation and arrange correction or replacement as appropriate.
11. Keep the initiator updated about the progress.
12. Analyze the problem to conclude the root cause and propose recommendations.
13. Invigilation of HOTO project in Central region.
14. Responsible for all power related equipment such as GENSET, FCP, FM 200, Rectifier, Air Cons & TACP.
15. Responsible for urgent trouble tickets on very rare cases.

Academic Qualifications and Certification:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in telecommunication tower installation and maintenance.
