Job description

Carrying out specialized civil installation works such as marble, doors, coals, and false ceilings, to ensure quality and durability in accordance with the approved specifications, while adhering to technical safety procedures at work sites.

Skills

Key Accountabilities:

Carrying out marble installation work in floors and walls with high accuracy and taking into account the appropriate tendencies and spaces.

Installation of wooden and metal doors of various kinds and adjusting their kaolin and accessories.

Installation of false ceilings (gypsum or metal) making sure that they are installed in a solid and consistent manner with the design of the site.

Read the shop drawings and understand the technical details of the installation work.

Determining the quantities of materials required for installation work and raising the needs of the concerned authorities.

Ensure that the materials used comply with the approved specifications and standards.

Carrying out periodic maintenance and modifications for marble, doors or ceiling works as needed.

Inspect the quality of the work carried out and report any defects or irregularities to the supervising engineer.

Commitment to security and safety procedures during installation and use of equipment.

Use the necessary hand and power tools for installation efficiently and professionally.

Coordinate with other technicians to ensure that the work is carried out within the specified schedule.

Support technical teams in the initial preparation of the sites before the installation begins.

Documenting the work performed on a daily basis and submitting technical reports to the competent engineer.

Maintain tools and equipment and ensure their suitability for continuous use.

Job Requirements:

Technical diploma or industrial institute in civil engineering or related technical disciplines.

· Practical experience of at least two years in the installation of marble, doors, kaolin, and false ceilings
