Job Description

We are expanding and seeking a Civil Quantity Surveyor to join our qualified team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Join our global journey and contribute to meaningful projects!

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain Quantity Surveying Sheets.
  • Measure executed works according to the Contract Method of Measurement.
  • Maintain supporting documents such as signed NRIs, QS sheets, and progress records.
  • Prepare and submit interim payment applications, ensuring timely measurement and claims.
  • Coordinate with Engineer’s and Employer’s surveyors for verification and payments.
  • Assess variations and claims, including approved variations in interim applications.
  • Prepare Contract Final Measures and Payment at Completion applications.
  • Prepare Bills of Quantities for subcontracts and verify measurements and payments.
  • Collaborate with project sections on measurement, recording, and reporting.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 7-10 years of Civil Engineering experience, with 3-5 years as a Quantity Surveyor.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Cost monitoring & controlling.
  • Excellent command of English (written and oral).
Preferred Skills
  • KSA experience in EPC mega projects.
  • Transferrable IQAMA.
  • Civil 3D, Power BI, and ERP software knowledge is advantageous.
