Job description

Receiving, reviewing, and evaluating contracts approved by contractors and suppliers.

Appointing the project manager and site team based on experience and project requirements.

Reviewing and approving schedules for all contractors and directing engineers to create a unified schedule encompassing all contractor work.

Coordinating between contractors through the project manager to ensure efficient project deployment when multiple contractors are involved.

Preparing cash flow projections based on contract costs and operating expenses, and reviewing the liquidation of the covenant.

Collaborating with architects, engineers, and construction crews via the project manager to assess the feasibility of each project phase.

Supervising change request orders, analyzing their causes, and overseeing their implementation.

Evaluating and processing change requests.

Reviewing the construction/site risk register, identifying new risks, and providing alerts and precautions as needed.

Receiving, analyzing, and evaluating quotations and work plans from contractors.

Supervising the implementation of work according to the approved plan through the project manager.

Overseeing the activities of the engineering team on-site to ensure adequate coverage and supervision.

Ensuring that all contract documents, including working drawings and specifications, are properly implemented.

Discussing construction issues with clients as necessary, assessing problems, and determining alternative solutions.

Providing recommendations and observations to resolve construction issues related to quality, safety, scope, coordination, and budget, and escalating issues when necessary.

Supervising the coordination of activities among contractors, suppliers, vendors, and clients.

Overseeing the development of the construction schedule to ensure alignment with project timelines.

Supervising the review and approval of payment requests from contractors and suppliers.
