Civil Foreman

• Supervise and coordinate civil construction activities such as excavation, concrete works, masonry, finishing, and structural works.
• Ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Assign tasks to workers and monitor daily work progress to meet project timelines.
• Inspect work to ensure quality control and adherence to safety protocols.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Coordinate with engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors for smooth workflow.
• Manage and track materials, tools, and equipment on-site.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards on-site.
• Prepare daily progress reports and submit updates to project managers.
