Job Purpose

We are looking for a fresh graduate civil engineer to join our precast team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of civil engineering principles and practices, as well as experience with precast concrete. They will be responsible for assisting with the design, manufacturing, and installation of precast concrete structures.

Key Accountability Areas

1. Prepare and review engineering plans and drawings
2. Inspect precast concrete structures during manufacturing and installation
3. Conduct on-site investigations and surveys
4. Analyze data and assess risks
5. Manage and coordinate construction projects
6. Prepare and manage budgets
7. Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
8. Submit daily, weekly & monthly reports
9. Evaluate and implement process improvements

Role Accountability

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field
• Proficiency in MS Project & Primavera programs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Power BI
• Intermediate to advanced English language skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to create and manage project schedules

• Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently
