Key Accountabilities

• Supervise and coordinate civil engineering activities at project sites.
• Review and interpret design drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of civil works (excavation, foundation, structure, etc.).
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and MEP engineers to ensure design alignment.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare reports on work progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Ensure adherence to relevant codes, standards, and client requirements.
• Manage subcontractors and labor to ensure efficient workflow.
• Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and material requirements.
• Assist in resolving technical issues and proposing engineering solutions.
• Maintain project documentation and records for audits and client reviews.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineeringor a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant civil engineering experience.
• Experience working in the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) region.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction practices.
• Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools.
• Familiarity with construction regulations and safety standards.
