Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer with a minimum of 12 years of experience in structural and civil works. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing design drawings and supervising on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to engineering standards, project specifications, and timelines. Proficiency in engineering software and strong site supervision skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and approve structural and architectural drawings.
• Supervise and monitor construction work at the site to ensure quality and compliance with project specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules, safety standards, and quality control procedures.
• Prepare progress reports and documentation for internal and external use.
• Utilize engineering software to aid in design verification, load calculations, and project planning.
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance to site teams.
• Participate in project planning meetings and ensure engineering standards are upheld.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• Located in Saudi Arabia.
• Minimum of 12 years of hands-on experience in civil and structural engineering projects.
• Strong background in drawing review and site supervision.
• Proficiency in civil engineering software such as:
  AutoCAD
  Civil 3D
  ETABS / SAFE / SAP2000
  MS Project or Primavera
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Fluency in Arabic is a plus (if applicable depending on location).
