Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified Civil Engineer with strong structural design experience, particularly in reinforced concrete buildings and residential villas, to join our growing engineering consultancy team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Saudi building codes, advanced technical skills in civil engineering software, and proven experience in delivering detailed design solutions in compliance with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform structural analysis and design of concrete structures including villas, residential buildings, and commercial facilities
• Prepare complete structural design packages, including drawings, calculations, specifications, and BOQs
• Ensure all designs comply with Saudi Building Code (SBC) and applicable local municipality regulations
• Review architectural and MEP drawings to coordinate and integrate structural systems
• Conduct site visits and support supervision teams during construction stages
• Prepare technical reports, respond to design queries, and collaborate with clients and authorities as needed
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for integrated project delivery

Skills and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s is a plus)
• Minimum 8 years of relevant structural design experience
• In-depth knowledge of Saudi Building Code (SBC) and local construction standards
• Strong command of structural design tools such as:
