Responsible for all civil works in PMU Campus & New Housing Projects.
Duties and Responsibilities
Preparing of the request for any new project, (requirements, quantity, and specifications).
Oracle request for the project.
Following up the requests.
Submitting the technical evaluation for (contractors, suppliers and consultant).
Following up with purchasing department until P.O. issued.
Coordination with the (contractors, suppliers and consultant).
Work supervision.
Inspection for the work in each stage.
Qualifications & Experience (Required)
At least Bachelor s or Master s degree related to this field.
At least 2-5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Previous experience related to this field is highly preferred.
Ability to work in team-based, collaborative settings.
Willingness to take initiative and work independently.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
Suitable candidates are expected to have excellent command of the English Language and should be familiar with technology infused academic environments.
