XAD Technologies in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is urgently seeking a Civil Project Manager to lead civil construction initiatives under KSA standards and regulations.

The role requires 10–12+ years of civil construction experience, strong leadership, and proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and HSE compliance on complex site projects.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 10–12+ years of experience in civil construction projects.
• Experience managing project execution, site teams, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Strong knowledge of civil works, construction methodologies, drawings, BOQs, and documentation.
• Ability to manage schedules, budgets, quality, and HSE requirements.
• Knowledge of Saudi construction standards and regulations; KSA experience mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, manage, and execute civil construction projects from start to completion.
• Supervise project teams, subcontractors, and site activities.
• Monitor progress, quality, cost, and timelines.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal departments.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and project requirements.
• Prepare progress reports and manage project documentation.
• Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues.

URGENT HIRING – CIVIL PROJECT MANAGER | KSA

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Salary: SAR 10,000–13,000/month

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 10–12+ years of experience in civil construction projects
• Strong experience in KSA civil construction projects
• Experience managing project execution, site teams, subcontractors, and consultants
• Strong knowledge of civil works, construction methodologies, drawings, BOQs, and project documentation
• Ability to manage project schedules, budgets, quality, and HSE requirements
