Westlakes Recruit is hiring an experienced Cisco Unified Communications Engineer to support a high-impact Network Enhancement project in Riyadh. In this role, you'll lead the design, implementation, and testing of critical voice and video communication infrastructure. Your technical expertise in CUCM, SME, CUBE, voice gateways, attendant consoles, and contact centre technologies will be essential for the smooth and successful execution of the project.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and test Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), SME, CUBE, and voice gateways.
• Configure and test attendant consoles and contact centre solutions.
• Optimize video conferencing and collaboration systems for performance and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across voice and video communications infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance and conduct capacity planning.
• Collaborate with sub-contractors to ensure successful system integration.
• Create detailed design and testing documentation for Cisco UC systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting Cisco Unified Communications environments.
• Strong knowledge of CUCM, SME, CUBE, voice gateways, attendant consoles, and contact centre solutions.
• Experience with video conferencing systems and Quality of Service (QoS) implementation.
• Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Cisco certifications such as CCNP Collaboration (or higher) are preferred.
• Proven ability to manage project deliverables and work closely with subcontractors.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with emerging technologies.
