Job description

We are seeking a talented and experienced CI/CD Tester to join a leading health insurance company in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and testing CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless and efficient software delivery processes. You will work closely with development teams to guarantee the quality and reliability of applications deployed through automated pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement automated testing strategies for CI/CD pipelines, ensuring high-quality, continuous delivery of software applications.
2. Work with developers and DevOps engineers to optimize CI/CD workflows and identify potential bottlenecks in the process.
3. Create and execute automated test scripts to validate code changes in various environments (development, staging, production).
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and ensure seamless integration of testing into the CI/CD process.
5. Monitor, track, and report on the performance of CI/CD pipelines, providing insights into areas for improvement.
6. Identify and resolve issues related to code quality, performance, and security during the integration process.
7. Continuously improve test coverage and testing methodologies to ensure the reliability of the software delivery process.

Key Requirements:

1. 5 to 7 years of experience in CI/CD testing, including designing and executing tests for automated pipelines.
2. Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
3. Hands-on experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and automated build/deployment tools.
4. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Groovy.
5. Experience with containerization (Docker) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
6. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for automated deployments.
7. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and working in Agile teams.
8. Experience with automated testing tools like Selenium, JUnit, or similar.
9. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues within the CI/CD pipeline quickly and effectively.
10. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred:

1. Hands-on experience with QRadar for security and compliance testing.
2. Experience in the healthcare or insurance industry is a plus.
3. Certifications related to CI/CD, DevOps, or Cloud Platforms (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert).
