Are you a visionary HR leader ready to make a regional impact? We are looking for a dynamic CHRO to lead our HR function across the Middle East Operating Unit. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for shaping the people agenda, building organizational capabilities, and fostering a culture of engagement and excellence.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Lead HR Strategy: Drive HR initiatives aligned with business objectives and ensure harmonization across countries and functions.
  • Talent Champion: Build and oversee regional talent acquisition strategies, onboarding, and workforce planning.
  • Culture & Engagement: Cultivate an inclusive, engaging, and high-performing work environment.
  • Performance & Development: Guide performance management and develop impactful learning programs with our Seed Campus.
  • Total Rewards: Manage compensation & benefits to ensure competitiveness, equity, and employee satisfaction.
  • Digital HR: Leverage HR systems and analytics for smarter, data-driven decisions.
  • Compliance & Risk: Ensure full compliance with labor laws and handle audits, investigations, and employee relations issues.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage HR budgets and optimize resources.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field. Master’s degree is an additional advantage.
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 3 years in a C-suite or executive HR role.
  • Candidate must have proven experience in construction, MEP or HVAC industries.
  • Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
  • Experience in fast-paced, multicultural, matrix organizations.
