Job description

We are looking for an exceptional recruitment leader with extensive experience, a strong presence, and an influential network in executive recruitment and talent acquisition. They will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge recruitment strategies, ensuring access to top executive talent, and fostering relationships with leading companies across various industries.

In addition, the Chief of Recruitment must have a strong presence on social media to build the company’s brand and attract high-caliber professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop & Implement Executive Recruitment Strategies
    Design and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies tailored for executive and senior leadership positions.
    Identify market trends and align recruitment processes to attract and retain top-tier talent.
    Ensure cost-effective and efficient hiring solutions, especially for startups seeking high-quality candidates at optimized costs.
  2. Build & Maintain Strong Professional Networks
    Establish strategic relationships with top executives, industry leaders, and key decision-makers.
    Maintain an extensive talent pool of highly qualified executives in various industries.
    Represent the company at professional events, conferences, and networking sessions to expand business opportunities.
  3. Oversee the Full Recruitment Cycle
    Manage the end-to-end executive search process, from sourcing to onboarding.
    Collaborate with hiring companies to define job requirements and leadership expectations.
    Use advanced recruitment tools and assessment methodologies to ensure the best candidate-company match.
  4. Leverage Digital & Social Media Presence
    Establish a strong presence on LinkedIn, Twitter, and other professional platforms to attract high-profile candidates.

    Engage with potential candidates through webinars, online networking events, and targeted outreach campaigns.
  5. Lead & Mentor a High-Performance Team
    Build and develop an elite recruitment team capable of handling high-level executive placements.
    Provide training, mentorship, and performance guidance to ensure top-notch service delivery.
    Foster a culture of excellence, professionalism, and innovation within the recruitment function.
Required Qualifications & Experience:

Education:
Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or a relevant discipline.

Professional Certifications (Preferred):
Certified Executive Recruiter (CXR)
Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)
Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR)
Certified Talent Acquisition Specialist (CTAS)
LinkedIn Recruiter Certification

Experience:
10+ years of experience in executive recruitment and talent acquisition.
Proven track record in headhunting and placing C-level executives, directors, and senior managers.
Experience working with large corporations and high-growth startups.
Strong understanding of compensation trends, market dynamics, and leadership assessment methodologies.

Skills & Competencies:
Exceptional communication & negotiation skills.
Strong executive presence & leadership capabilities.
Proficiency in AI-driven recruitment tools & data analytics.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
Fluency in both Arabic & English.
