What You’ll Own

Manufacturing & Supply Chain Excellence

  • End-to-end accountability across production, supply chain, logistics, and quality assurance.
  • Embed flexibility into high-volume operations—so we move with demand, not behind it.

Commercial & Route-to-Market Synergy

  • Partner deeply with Sales, Finance, and Marketing to align operations with market rhythms.
  • Improve customer fill rates, cut unproductive complexity, and strengthen distributor performance.
  • Set guardrails for innovation—not just speed to market, but speed to scale.

Culture, Governance & Change

  • Build teams that don’t wait for direction. Nurture leaders who understand accountability.
  • Lead transformation while respecting legacy. You’ll need tact, teeth, and a thick skin.
  • Shape performance KPIs that matter—from EBITDA margin to working capital efficiency.

What You Bring

  • 20+ years of deep operations experience, with at least 8–10 years in senior regional leadership roles across food and beverage manufacturing.
  • A Saudi market operator who understands the rhythms of local production and distribution, and what excellence looks like in the GCC context.
  • A track record of modernizing legacy systems, realigning cost structures, and building execution muscle across internal teams and external partners.
  • Experience working closely with the CEO, Board, and commercial heads to drive P&L impact—not just operational metrics.
