• Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital transformation, software industry, or technology leadership within the energy, power, or electrification sectors.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with business objectives in electrification, smart grids, and energy management.
2. Oversee partnerships and development for software solutions, AI-driven analytics, and IoT-based energy management platforms.
3. Lead the adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies, including cloud computing, big data, cybersecurity, and automation.
4. Identify and collaborate with partners for smart grid innovations, digital twin technology, and predictive maintenance solutions for energy infrastructure.
5. Coordinate with utility companies, regulatory bodies, and technology partners to integrate new software solutions and ensure compliance with energy policies.
6. Manage cross-functional digital teams, fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement.
7. Lead the cybersecurity strategy within the organization.
8. Evaluate emerging digital trends and investment opportunities to maintain a competitive industry edge.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Knowledge of blockchain applications for energy trading and vehicle-to-grid (V2G) technologies.
• Experience with SaaS models and cloud-based digital platforms for energy management.
• Familiarity with AI-driven energy efficiency solutions and predictive analytics for grid optimization.
