Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled CFO to oversee financial operations at our private hospital. The primary focus will be on cash flow management and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, and strategic decision-making to support the hospital's mission of delivering high-quality healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the finance team and oversee the hospital's cash flow, including forecasting, monitoring, and optimizing cash reserves to meet operational needs.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and financial reporting standards, including tax filings and licensing.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets, providing insights to senior management.
• Collaborate with departmental heads to develop and monitor budgets aligned with organizational goals.
• Conduct financial and variance analysis to identify improvement areas and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Manage accounts receivable and payable processes, optimizing cash cycles and minimizing risks.
• Coordinate with auditors and regulatory agencies for audits and compliance reviews.
• Support operational teams with financial planning, analysis, and performance monitoring.
