Job: Chief Financial Officer/ Finance Director

Location: Riyadh, KSA

A leading organization in the healthcare sector is looking for a CFO to drive financial strategy, governance, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in hospitals, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare services, with expertise in financial planning, risk management, and capital markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute financial strategies supporting growth
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulatory & financial standards
• Manage banking relationships, investments, and funding strategies
• Support M&A, IPO readiness, and strategic financial initiatives

Requirements:

• 5+ years of CFO experience in hospitals, pharmaceuticals, or medical industries
• Strong understanding of capital markets & regulatory frameworks
• Expertise in financial planning, risk management, and governance
• Experience in M&A and IPO processes is a plus
• Strong leadership & stakeholder management skills
