What You Will Be Doing

1. Spearhead the development of AI-driven financial systems that eliminate human error and manual intervention.

1. Overseeing a traditional finance department; focus is on building systems, not expanding headcount.

Chief Financial Officer Key Responsibilities

Your core mission: Create and implement a revolutionary AI-powered finance system capable of autonomously managing multiple billion-dollar educational ventures with minimal human oversight.

Basic Requirements

• Professional financial certification (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA, or MBA).
• Proven track record in financial leadership at organizations with revenues of $100M+.
• Substantial audit experience: 5+ years at a top 10 firm or equivalent experience.
• Deep expertise with enterprise-level ERP platforms (NetSuite, SAP, etc.).
• Demonstrated success in leveraging AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) for business applications.
• Geographic location within UTC-8 to UTC+3 time zones.

Nice-to-Have Requirements

• Understanding of the U.S. K-12 education landscape, including private, charter, and ESA programs.
• Experience implementing finance automation or AI solutions.
• Experience managing financial operations across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
