A leading real estate and development company in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Chief Executive to lead the strategic direction, growth, and execution of its large-scale development portfolio. As the driving force behind the business, you will be responsible for shaping the vision, overseeing high-profile projects, and delivering long-term value in alignment with national objectives.

• Strategic Leadership: Define and implement the company’s vision, ensuring alignment with market trends, stakeholder expectations, and development objectives.
• Project Delivery: Oversee the full lifecycle of major developments, from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to quality, timelines, and financial targets.
• Commercial and Financial Oversight: Manage P&L, investment strategies, and partnerships to drive sustainable growth and financial performance.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage with government entities, investors, and partners to secure approvals, funding, and strategic alliances.
• Team Leadership: Build and inspire a high-performing leadership team capable of executing world-class projects.

• Proven track record as a Chief Executive, Managing Director, or equivalent in a major real estate, infrastructure, or development company.
• Deep expertise in mixed-use, entertainment, hospitality, or destination projects at scale.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, with experience in investment strategies and development funding.
• Extensive experience leading large, diverse teams and managing multi-stakeholder environments.
• A background in international and regional markets is highly desirable.
