- Participating in developing/designing strategies and public objectives of the company
- Contribute to the implementation of required tasks to achieve the company’s mission and plans.
- Monitoring the overall performance of the company and units.
- Oversee the budget process and control the company’s general expenses and financial performance
- Managing, designing, and supervising the implementation of all program, studies and suggestion that would increase the efficiency of the company’s operating units and reduce the cost associated
- Supervising and ensuring the health statue of company’s financial structure
- Planning and directing all activities related to the operations of mergers and strategic partnership with other companies
- QA/QC Tasks- Developing and implementing all the quality management plans, including resource, systems, timescales, financials, to support, contribute to, and integrate within, the production systems and quality policy, quality manual and procedure
- Taking, implementing, and following up on necessary corrective and preventive actions according to the performance level achieve
- Planning and supervising the implementation of the internal auditing plans and schedules and studying its results and recommendations
- Developing all the QA/QC report to summarize the quality management objectives, achievements, corrective and preventive procedure, etc
- General Administrative Tasks- Periodically meeting with subordinates to follow the proceedings, discuss their suggestions and take appropriate actions and prepare operational plans related to strategies and suggestions
- Reviewing and analyzing of periodic reports submitted by subordinates about the work achievements and provide the necessary recommendation accordingly

- Bachelor’s Degree of Electrical Engineering Management or equivalent, MBA is preferable.
- At least 12 years of punctuated experience with 10 years in senior management positions.
