Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for a leading local contracting company based in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in the construction, operations, and maintenance sectors, combined with strong leadership capabilities at an executive level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement long-term strategies and annual business plans to achieve organizational growth and financial targets.
• Provide leadership and direction to the executive management team, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic vision and goals.
• Oversee operational performance, ensuring revenue growth, profitability, and the successful delivery of high-quality projects and services.
• Represent the organization in high-level client meetings, negotiations, and strategic partnerships.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all business functions to enhance competitive capabilities.
• Monitor financial performance and present periodic reports to the Board, including insights on business opportunities and challenges.
• Ensure effective succession planning and the development of a result-oriented management team.
• Maintain a positive, ethical, and collaborative workplace culture to attract and retain top talent.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering an MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
• At least 20-22 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership or executive role.
• Proven expertise in the construction, operations, and maintenance sectors, ideally within Saudi Arabia.
• Strong financial acumen, including experience with P&L management, balance sheets, cash flow, and feasibility studies.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
