Role Overview
The CEO will lead the company's strategic direction, drive revenue growth, ensure operational excellence, and position the firm as a global leader in advisory services. This high-impact role requires vision, agility, and strong execution skills. The CEO will be based in Saudi Arabia and report directly to the Board of Directors. The ideal candidate will have 15-20 years of senior leadership experience, preferably with a background in one of the Big 4 firms.

Candidate Profile
- 15-20 years of senior leadership experience in global consulting.
- Deep expertise in GRC, IFRS, Tax, or Digital Advisory domains.
- Proven track record of scaling advisory businesses and driving transformation.
- Prior Big 4 experience strongly preferred.
- MBA or equivalent professional qualification.
- High emotional intelligence, integrity, and strategic thinking.
