Job description

Are you perceptive, proactive, meticulous, knowledgeable, refined & personable? These are some of the luxury service behaviours we are looking for.

Reporting to the Director Of Rooms, the Chief Concierge will lead a concierge team to ensure a memorable guest experience aligned with our Luxury Fundamentals service style.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the coordination of guest needs, special requests, and inquiries to ensure superior & memorable experiences.
  • Creating new & unique guest experiences tailored to various demographics (e.g., experiences not easily found on Google).
  • Maintaining knowledge of facilities, activities, equipment, services, and other pertinent information to provide memorable experiences and upskill colleagues.
  • Communicating city happenings and special events effectively to all hotel colleagues.
  • Collaborating with the Front Office Manager, Duty Managers, and other hotel leaders.
  • Establishing and managing the team roster and labour costs based on business needs.
  • Enhancing team capability through systematic training and coaching.
  • Driving success across key performance metrics by leading, developing, inspiring, and motivating the team.

What we need from you

We seek someone who brings personality, passion, and energy to our hotel. The ideal candidate will also possess:

  • A passion for guest service with in-depth knowledge of Perth CBD and surrounding areas.
  • Experience leading a small team.
  • Superior communication skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • A high standard of personal presentation fitting of a luxury brand.
  • A proven commitment to quality and providing unique guest experiences.
  • Experience as a Concierge or similar role in a luxury hotel is desirable.
  • Membership in Les Clefs d'Or International is advantageous.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
