Job Description

The Chief Commercial Officer is responsible for driving a positive customer experience across both direct and indirect sales channels. This role involves leading and overseeing the performance of sales and marketing teams, developing commercial strategies, and ensuring alignment with company standards and objectives. The CCO monitors market trends, analyzes competitor performance, and drives strategic initiatives to support sustainable growth. In addition, they address sales-related challenges and customer satisfaction issues, while continuously working to optimize commercial processes and enhance overall customer loyalty.

Marketing Leadership:
  • Develop and lead the long-term marketing strategy aligned with the company's vision, market positioning, and growth objectives.
  • Define the brand strategy and ensure its consistent implementation across all communication channels.
  • Establish strategic marketing partnerships to enhance brand exposure and reach new audiences.
  • Analyze market intelligence and customer insights to inform strategic decision-making and project positioning.
  • Oversee the development of marketing frameworks for launching new real estate projects and market entries.
  • Lead innovation in digital marketing and branding initiatives that differentiate the company in a competitive landscape.
Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth:
  • Set the overall sales strategy and revenue targets for the organization, aligned with business goals and market dynamics.
  • Direct the planning and execution of go-to-market strategies for real estate offerings.
  • Lead the development of customer acquisition models and investor engagement strategies.
  • Ensure the alignment of sales structures, teams, and incentives with performance goals.
  • Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and customer-centricity within the commercial teams.
Commercial Planning & Market Expansion:
  • Identify and assess new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams that support the company's growth strategy.
  • Provide strategic input on project feasibility and positioning during the early development phases.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and executive team in shaping the company's overall strategic direction.
  • Develop commercial risk management approaches and scenario planning to adapt to market fluctuations.
  • Build strategic relationships with key stakeholders, government entities, investors, and partners.
  • Ensure all commercial activities are aligned with regulatory standards, company values, and long-term objectives.
