About the Role:The Chief Business Officer (CBO) shall play a vital role in the Bank. The CBO shall be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of the Bank’s products and customer experience strategy.The CBO shall oversee the product/service and customer experience-related areas and grow the Bank’s revenue by working at the intersection of business, technology, analytics, customer experience, products, and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:Lead the Business Department of the Bank;Lead business case analysis for the development of products and services and implement the product/service vision, strategy, and roadmap, along with managing the budget for the launch of the Bank’s products and services;Act as the subject matter expert and the go-to person for Bank’s products and services;Recommend new product initiatives to the CEO;Lead, design, and implement customer experience and customer journey initiatives in line with the products and services, customer segments, and overall business improvement strategy;Monitor customer experience delivered to the customers through feedback and continuously innovate the brand experience to increase customer satisfaction;Coordinate with Bank’s Officers and drive business integration across banking activities, ensuring consistency in culture and operating manner across Bank to enhance its overall profitability.Advocate customer needs in the development and implementation of customer experience initiatives at the Bank;
Key Requirements:Candidates must already be located in KSADegree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or any other relevant commercial/science discipline;Master’s degree in Business Administration would be an advantage;Proven experience of leadership and managerial role of at least 15 years covering products, services and business banking or similar role and a minimum 5 years within Bank or Financial Institution;Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for aspects (branding, product development, customer experience, promotion etc.); andThorough understanding of market research and data analysis methods, customer experience, strategy development, consumer insights and process mapping experience
