Role: Chief Architect

Responsibilities:

1. Must have experience in the oil and gas industry.
2. LEED Silver/Gold certification for the buildings.
3. Review architectural designs, drawings, and documents at each stage (pre-concept to detailed design) and provide comments/approval.
4. Ensure that the designs are functional, ergonomic, sustainable, safe, and economical.
5. Conduct a thorough review of the project architectural objectives to ensure that they align with the owner’s vision, including plans, elevations, and perspectives views of the building and surrounding infrastructure.
6. Assist the project control team in updating the project plan to reflect progress, any changes, or adjustments.
7. Review of cost estimate submitted for the construction phase of the project. Verify that the project schedule and budget are realistic and achievable for the architectural scope of works.
