Summary:
As a Chief Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, managing the accounting team, preparing financial reports, and providing strategic financial insights to senior management.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
2. Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
3. Manage and mentor the accounting team, setting performance goals and providing regular feedback.
4. Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to senior management for strategic decision-making.
5. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial processes.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information is available for all business units.

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in Chief Accountant roles, preferably within the finance industry.
3. Proficiency in relevant tools such as SAP, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Excel for financial analysis.
4. Strong communication skills to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
5. Experience with financial reporting and compliance requirements (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
6. Ability to lead and mentor a team of accountants and finance professionals.
