Job Description
Food quality control and process flow.
Cooking an easy and well-known popular dish in my restaurant.
Good knowledge of the types and quality of raw materials (peppers, chicken, rice, spices in general).
Knowledge of food storage methods and avoiding spoilage or food poisoning.
The kitchen is small for a new restaurant that serves one easy main course (60m2).
Working with and supervising the team.
Desired Candidate Profile
Good knowledge of how to manage a kitchen.
Excellent English as we will be using it a lot.
We do not require a lot of experience, just that you have worked in a professional kitchen for some time.
We prefer of course those who have worked in a hotel or high-end restaurant kitchen.
Passionate about cooking and loving to learn, as our restaurant is new and will have a great future with many branches and of course this employee will have a respectable position and a good salary in proportion to the sales volume.
The salary, with housing and health insurance, but of course we all aspire to progress, so with the development of the work and success, the salary will be higher.
Openness to innovating new dishes that suit the local market.
