About the Role:
We are currently seeking talented and passionate Chef de Parties Pastry to join our culinary team. You will play a key role in delivering refined pastry creations that reflect our commitment to wellness and culinary artistry.

What We re Looking For:
Creative and driven pastry professionals with strong knowledge of international pastry production and a wellness-forward mindset. Ideal candidates will combine technical mastery with innovation, an understanding of natural ingredients, and a passion for balanced indulgence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute high-quality pastry production across outlets, aligned with wellness-focused menus.
  • Support the Pastry Chef with daily kitchen operations, mise en place, and team mentorship.
  • Contribute creative input to menu development, incorporating global trends and healthy twists.
  • Maintain rigorous hygiene standards, kitchen organization, and operational consistency.
  • 2 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably within a luxury or wellness hospitality setting.
  • Strong background in modern and classical pastry techniques.
  • Passion for health-conscious and innovative dessert presentations.
  • Team player with strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Culinary certification or equivalent professional training is preferred.
  • English proficiency required; Arabic is a plus.
