Job description

Every pastry dish has the potential to create a sweet memory that lasts a lifetime for our guests. To deliver all this and more, we’re looking for a Chef De Partie with a passion for presentation, dedication to flavor, and a commitment to setting high standards from workspace to table and beyond.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

● Making every single pastry a feast for the eyes and a treat for the taste buds
● Taking ownership of your workstation – keeping on top of supplies, equipment, and waste
● Maintaining cleanliness to meet or exceed local hygiene laws
● Assisting with washing up and other kitchen duties as needed
● Taking on ad-hoc duties as a true team player
● Specializing in creating a wide variety of delicious desserts, pastries, and sweet goods, following traditional and modern recipes

What we need from you:

● The strength to lift, push, and pull objects up to 50 lbs (23 kg), involving bending and kneeling
● Good reading, writing, and basic math skills
● Flexibility to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts
● Compliance with local laws on food handling and alcohol service – you must be above the minimum age and fluent in English
● Great communication skills – warm, welcoming, and approachable
● Relevant experience in the Pastry section
