Chef De Partie (CDP)

We are looking for a professional Chef de Partie to amaze everyone with excellent cooking according to the chef's recipes. Your business will be an important factor in customer satisfaction. The ultimate goal is to expand our customer base and reputation to ensure long-term success. To work in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in one of the following cities: Riyadh or Jeddah

Main Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook dishes within the designated section (e.g., grill, pastry, main courses, etc.).

- Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards at all times.

- Supervise and coordinate the work of junior chefs and kitchen assistants in the section.

- Assist in menu development and contribute to creating new recipes.

- Monitor the quality of dishes served and ensure they meet the restaurant or hotel's standards.

- Manage and organize kitchen equipment and tools efficiently.

- Collaborate with other kitchen sections to ensure smooth operations.

- Train and mentor junior staff and new team members.

- Maintain accurate records of inventory and order supplies as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Previous experience in a similar upscale restaurant such as Chef de Partie

-2-year degree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant

- Passion for people and providing an exceptional and unforgettable experience for guests. He is characterized by positivity and optimism
