Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present authentic dishes inspired by Chinese, Korean, and Japanese culinary traditions.
• Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes in the Asian section.
• Collaborate with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef on menu planning and innovation.
• Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards are met.
• Train and support junior kitchen staff to uphold kitchen standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-end Asian or fusion kitchen.
