Job Description

Kimpton KAFD Hotel is looking for a talented and passionate Chef de Partie Asian Cuisine to become a key member of our vibrant culinary team. If you specialize in Chinese, Korean, and Japanese flavors and techniques, this is your chance to shine in a premier hospitality setting known for culinary excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present authentic dishes inspired by Chinese, Korean, and Japanese culinary traditions.
  • Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes in the Asian section.
  • Collaborate with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef on menu planning and innovation.
  • Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards are met.
