Kimpton KAFD Hotel is looking for a talented and passionate Chef de Partie – Asian Cuisine to become a key member of our vibrant culinary team. If you specialize in Chinese, Korean, and Japanese flavors and techniques, this is your chance to shine in a premier hospitality setting known for culinary excellence.

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare and present authentic dishes inspired by Chinese, Korean, and Japanese culinary traditions. Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes in the Asian section. Collaborate with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef on menu planning and innovation. Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards are met. Train and support junior kitchen staff to uphold kitchen standards.

Requirements:



Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-end Asian or fusion kitchen. Strong hands-on skills and knowledge in Chinese, Korean, and Japanese cuisine.* Passionate about flavour, precision, and presentation.
