Job Description

We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic Kitchen professionals who pride themselves on delivering extraordinary customer service and providing creative solutions to our guests.

As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for daily food preparation and duties assigned to meet set standards and qualities. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Preparing daily mis-en-place and food production in different sections of the main kitchen or satellites
  2. Coordinating daily tasks with the Sous Chef or Executive Chef
  3. Following instructions and recommendations from immediate superiors
  4. Ensuring high standards and consistent quality in daily preparation, staying updated with new products, recipes, and techniques
  5. Instructing and leading subordinates, supervising buffets and special functions
  6. Coordinating with other sections on cleanliness, wastage, and cost control
  7. Checking daily requirements, functions, and last-minute events
  8. Training subordinates to ensure motivation and an economical working environment
Skills

Education, Qualifications & Experiences

You should have a professional kitchen apprenticeship or chef training course, with experience in quality establishments and good culinary skills. Proficiency in English communication and proven knowledge in food preparation, presentation, and preservation are essential.
