As Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences within our hotel's kitchen. Supporting the Chef de Partie and wider kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes while ensuring consistency and adherence to food safety standards. This role offers the opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on teamwork, standards, and guest experience.
You have proven experience in a similar role with excellent communication skills. You are an enthusiastic individual with a passion for food and customer experience. You will enjoy working as part of an amazing team who all share the same passion to create memories that our guests will remember. You have a hands-on attitude with attention to detail and experience in working in professional kitchens.
