Job description

We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic Kitchen professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests.

As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for managing daily food preparation and duties to meet set standards and quality. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Preparing daily mis-en-place and food production in various sections of the main kitchen or satellite kitchens.
  2. Coordinating daily tasks with the Sous Chef or Executive Chef.
  3. Following instructions and recommendations from immediate superiors to complete daily tasks.
  4. Ensuring the highest standards and consistent quality in food preparation, staying updated with new products, recipes, and techniques.
  5. Instructing and leading subordinates in their daily food preparation requirements, and supervising buffets and special functions.
  6. Collaborating with other sections regarding cleanliness, wastage, and cost control.
  7. Checking daily requirements, functions, and last-minute events.
  8. Training and guiding subordinates daily to maintain high motivation and an efficient working environment.
