Chartered MEP Senior/Associate Cost Consultant
Location: Riyadh, KSA
Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: 50,000 - 65,000 SAR per month

Overview

We are recruiting a Senior or Associate Director level MEP Cost Consultant for a permanent position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with a world-class Construction Consultancy. If you are an Associate Director level or Senior Quantity Surveyor with Cost Consultancy experience and meet all the requirements below, we would like to discuss this opportunity with you.

Requirements

1. Position Level: Senior or Associate Cost Consultant specifically for MEP.
2. Experience: Approximately 10 years post-qualification as an MEP Cost Consultant.
3. Organisation Experience: Previous experience with a well-known Cost Consultancy.
4. Location Experience: Preferably Middle East or overseas experience with knowledge of FIDIC Contracts.
5. Chartered Status: MRICS Chartered Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors – Quantity Surveying.
6. Educational Qualification: Degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management from a recognized university.
7. Contracts Experience: Solid experience in both Pre and Post Contract phases, with FIDIC.
8. Availability: Urgently available within 1 month or sooner.

Salary & Benefits

An excellent total package is available, with a basic salary circa 50-65,000 SAR per month. Salary negotiations are open for candidates who meet all requirements. The role requires someone with the gravitas to liaise at a senior level and take responsibility for the project.
