We, Protouch Staffing Private Limited, India, are seeking a dedicated and experienced Charge Nurse - Home Healthcare for our client, a government facility in Saudi Arabia. This role involves managing and supervising nursing care provided in patients' homes. The Charge Nurse will lead the home healthcare team in delivering personalized, high-quality care while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and patient-centered practices. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Lead and supervise the home healthcare nursing team, including Registered Nurses (RNs), home care aides, and support staff. • Oversee and coordinate the planning, scheduling, and delivery of home-based nursing care to patients. • Conduct patient assessments to determine home healthcare needs and develop individualized care plans in coordination with physicians and allied health professionals. • Monitor patient progress, provide clinical oversight during home visits, and intervene as needed in case of complications or emergencies. • Ensure that medical equipment, medications, and supplies required for home care are available, maintained, and used correctly. • Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of home healthcare nurses, ensuring they adhere to clinical protocols and safety procedures. • Provide education and emotional support to patients and families, ensuring understanding of care plans, medication usage, and self-care practices. • Maintain timely and accurate documentation of care delivered, patient condition, and nursing interventions in line with regulatory and institutional guidelines. • Collaborate with physicians, physiotherapists, dietitians, and social workers to ensure holistic care. • Implement infection control and patient safety measures in the home setting. • Lead quality improvement initiatives and audits within the home healthcare service. • Competitive Salary, Visa and relocation support , accommodation assistance are available for this position
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution. • Valid Nursing License (SCFHS Preferred) or equivalent Home Country License. • Minimum of 5-7 years of nursing experience, with at least 3 years in home healthcare and 2+ years in a leadership or charge nurse role. • Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS); additional community or palliative care certifications are a plus. • Strong knowledge of chronic disease management, elderly care, wound care, and patient education. • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills, especially in diverse home environments. • Strong decision-making and leadership abilities, with the ability to work independently. • Compassionate, patient-focused approach with cultural sensitivity. • Fluency in English (proficiency in Arabic is a plus).
